About us
Transalloy commenced business in 1975 in a small panel beaters
shop at Enfield building one tonne bodies only.
After
5 years we moved on to larger premises at Lakemba and began to expand into other
areas. During that time we concentrated on building aluminium and steel trays
for transportation and specialised industries. Dave Dickman took the post as
managing director in 1984, and has since strived to give the company a place
amongst the best truck body builders in Australia.
In 2001 Transalloy moved to larger premises at Ingleburn, with a
staff of 15 people and a numerous amount of subcontractors, there doesn't seem
to be job Transalloy can't handle, from the 1 tonner and up to the much bigger
trucks. Flat trays or cargo vans, specialised vehicles for tradespeople or just
a tarpcovered back for people who want to go bush and sleep in the back of their
utes.
Transalloy's years of experience in the light truck body
industry works for you when you do business with us. We build every type of
truck body you can imagine, from light mesh cages to 16 tonne trays. Our sales
team are avaliable to consult with you about your requirements to design the
best possible body for your business needs.
All Transalloy bodies feature our own unique universal mounting
system which has been engineered, tested and approved to the highest standards.
Whether you choose the light weight of aluminium or the extra strength of steel,
safety and durability are built into all the Transalloy products. As well as
complete bodies, Transalloy make and fit a diverse range of trucking spare parts
and accessories. We offer slide-away trays, canopies, tool boxes, ladder racks,
mesh cages, mesh gates, winches, and lights, to name a few.
Transalloy is your one-stop shop for all your trucking needs.
